In need of help! Luis Somoza Sr Cremation & fees to go with

With a broken heart and great sorrow on September 11th 2024 we lost Luis Somoza Sr due to natural causes. Despite the inability to prepare for the loss of a loved one, he left us peacefully and surrounded by his family; which is what he wanted.

Big Lou was a proud Vietnam Vet, a loving, devoted, father and grandfather. Lou loved sharing stories with us, cooking, shopping trips with his family & going on adventures with his grandkids. All he wanted was time, time with his family, and we are extremely grateful for the time we had. He had plans for the future but God had other plans.

With that being said, we were not prepared for his unexpected loss nor all the unforseen expenses to go with. We have some of the money, and we hate to ask, but help is needed & we would be extremely grateful for the any help at all.

We are humbly seeking donations to help cover the cost of cremation, transport & associated expenses that goes with losing a loved one. Each week he sits there the fees keep going up making it even harder for us to bring dad home.

Your generosity will do that; help us bring dad home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We all thought we had more time but as the saying goes "tomorrow is not promised."

Luis Somoza Sr. Is survived by his son, Luis Somoza JR, daughter n law, and his beloved 6 grandchildren.

Please know we appreciate all the support during this difficult time. All we want to do is bring dad home and honor him.

Update: Thank u to those who donated as I know times are tough for all. As of now we haven't quite figured out how to cover all the cost/expenses just to bring dad home. Each week he sits there the fees go up. We applied for 2 different kinds of assistance but we were denied. We are going the cheapest route possible & extremely grateful for any & all help.
