My father, Luis Arjona, is in the hospital and was pronounced brain dead after falling from scaffolding. The doctors said that there is no chance of him getting better. Luis Clemente Arjona Cortes is a loving husband and a father of three. He was born in Nayarit, Mexico, on July 8, 1981. At 19 years old, he moved to the United States to help give his family a better life. That’s where he met his now current wife, Guadalupe. After years of hard work and determination, he grew to be the best dad, husband, son, friend, and brother a person can have and get to know. It breaks our hearts to know that we can’t create new memories or new experiences with him. And it hurts knowing that we’ll never see him come through the front door after work, and we’ll never see him on his bed while watching TV, showing us all the places he wanted to take us to.
