My husband, Lucas, has shown incredible strength throughout his life. At just two years old, he survived cancer—a battle that shaped his resilience from an early age. As a teenager, he began suffering from severe back pains and muscle spasms, challenges that continued to impact his daily life. Later, he faced additional health struggles, including gout and arthritis, which made even simple tasks difficult. At age 40, Lucas experienced a collapsed lung, and he was also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, adding more layers of hardship to his journey. Now, at 41, he is facing yet another daunting challenge: a new tumor that has once again turned our world upside down.

This journey has not been easy for our family. With Lucas out of work due to his health, and me needing to reduce my hours to care for our children, we are facing mounting expenses.
