LuAnne Dinkins Collins is facing the unimaginable as the mother of Kaitlyn Kurn, who was the victim of a violent, criminal attack in San Diego and is currently in ICU on life support. LuAnne immediately flew from her home in Florida to be by her daughter’s side and is unable to work during this critical time. As you can imagine, the emotional toll has been overwhelming, but the financial burden is also growing rapidly with emergency airfare, hotel expenses, meals, transportation, and lost income while away from home. The attacker was located a few days after the attack, was arrested and is being held without bond.
