LtCol Michael Pigford, USMC, died suddenly and unexpectedly on November 4, 2024, at age 45 while stationed in San Diego, away from his family in Illinois. His wife Andrea and children Jackson (14), Courtney (10), and Kylie (5) are dealing with shock, deep loss, and their future as a family without him.
