As some of y’all may know my mom Lorenza Maldonado Perez was diagnosed with ALS () almost 2 years ago and her condition has extremely decline. Sadly last night we given a timeframe of approximately 24 hours left with her.

I created this GoFund Me to help us during this time for funeral/cremation expenses. In those 2 years since her diagnosis we unexpectedly lost both my brother and my father. Since my father’s passing, I have been her primary caregiver and recently had my first child therefore have not been able to work. We are currently a one income household and are very limited on funds. If you cannot assist financially, we would appreciate keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. We are extremely grateful for whatever you can spare.

Como algunos de ustedes ya saben, mi mamá, Lorenza Maldonado Perez, fue diagnosticada con ELA (esclerosis lateral amiotrófica) hace casi dos años y su condición ha empeorado muchísimo. Lamentablemente, anoche nos dieron un estimado de aproximadamente 24 horas de vida.

Creé este GoFundMe para ayudarnos durante este momento difícil con los gastos de funeral y cremación. En estos dos años desde su diagnóstico, también perdimos inesperadamente a mi hermano y a mi padre. Desde el fallecimiento de mi padre, yo he sido su cuidadora principal y recientemente tuve a mi primer hijo, por lo que no he podido trabajar. Actualmente somos un hogar con un solo ingreso y tenemos recursos muy limitados.

Si no pueden ayudarnos económicamente, agradeceríamos mucho que nos mantengan en sus pensamientos y oraciones. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por cualquier ayuda que puedan brindar.
