Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for a nonprofit to support a local youth wrestling club. The nonprofit is led by Rustin Marchello, who is also head coach of the Cleveland high school wrestling team in Portland, Oregon. For anyone who has spent time around youth wrestling, you know how much dedication and personal time it requires to support the sport. With three main styles of wrestling in the US one season ends and another begins, so wrestling is essentially a year-round sport. Coach Marchello and his amazing group of coaches generously invest their time every single week for the kids. The funds from this effort will go towards new gear and badly needed upgrades to the wrestling room. Some specific items include two heaters for the mat, new lines for the mat, one blower, locking cabinets, new paint, singlets, and spirit packs for the kids. If we can raise these funds this summer, we will be so grateful because then we can make time to complete the upgrades before school starts in the fall. Thank you so much for considering our goal.
