Support for Local Businesses After Devastating Fire

Our hearts are with the three local businesses who lost everything in a devasting fire on May 1, 2026. It’s hard to even imagine what the coming days and months will look like, and the weight of starting over.
Dr. Scott Sedlacek of The Eye Place is a valued member of our Chamber Board of Trustees. Olmsted Falls Family Restaurant has been a staple in our community for over 30 years. Keith Jewelers is the epitome of a small, community business—family-owned and operated, with a focus on excellent, personalized service.

Please know this—you will not go through this alone. The Chamber of Commerce and the entire Olmsted community are here to support you all. Donations obtained through this fund will be evenly distributed to the three businesses to help pay their employees and cover unexpected costs. Our goal is to raise $60,000 from now until June 30th. Cash or checks can also be dropped off at the Olmsted Township branch of First Federal of Lakewood.

So many of us are deeply connected to this town—our families, our livelihoods, our memories, our roots. Even in the hardest moments, we’re reminded: “Storms make trees take deeper roots.”
We will stand together to support our neighbors, support one another, and rebuild—stronger than before. ❤️
