I am facing end stage liver failure and urgently need a transplant. This illness has taken over my life, making every day a struggle filled with pain, worry, and uncertainty. Because of my health, I am unable to work as often—or at all—which makes it impossible to keep up with mounting medical bills and daily expenses. My medical team and I are working hard to get me on the national transplant list, but the process is challenging and stressful.
