Three of the most frightening words ever: cancerous brain tumor.

As you know, our dear sister, daughter, mother, and friend is facing this unexpected health emergency having been diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor a few days before Thanksgiving. This disease is heartbreaking for any family. And add to it that Lisa is a single mom of a teen-ager, and has her own small business, and it's an even more challenging journey.

We are optimistic about her radiation, treatment and healing and we are realistic in knowing that recovery will be a long road. This journey shouldn't be taken alone! With your support, Lisa and her daughter Jordan will be walking with our loving community.

This crisis is certainly overwhelming from a health perspective, and it also represents an utter financial crisis given no current income and many unseen expenses.
