Honoring Lisa Rosevear: A Mother, A Spirit, A Heart of Gold
Hi, my name is Sierra Meschi. I’m one of five children—though heartbreak has already taken one of my siblings—and now, our beloved mother, Lisa Rosevear, has passed away suddenly.
If you knew our mom, you knew she had a heart of gold. She didn’t have much in terms of material things, but what she had, she gave freely: her love, her time, her warmth. She lived life her way—deeply connected to people, animals, and the small, magical moments most people overlook.
Her unexpected passing has left our family devastated—and financially unprepared to give her the peaceful farewell she deserves. We’re humbly asking for help to raise $5,000 to cover:
• Her cremation & funeral
• A final resting place at Oakmont Cemetery, beside her youngest child
• The relocation of his memorial so they can be side by side again
We’re also trying to bring our incarcerated brother home, even briefly, so he can say goodbye to our mother. That closure would mean the world to all of us.
We’re planning a simple, heartfelt memorial service—a space to gather, share stories, and have something to eat as we honor Lisa’s life and the many people she touched just by being herself.
This loss came fast, and the financial weight has hit us hard. Any donation, no matter the amount, helps. And if you can’t give, a share goes a long way too.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Lisa’s life the way she truly deserves. We are forever grateful. Anything your heart leads you to donate will be greatly appreciated and help us directly during this time of loss.
