Support for Linda's Unexpected Farewell

My name is Leslie Daryl Barrett Jr and I’m assisting my sister Amanda Barrett. Our mom Linda Barrett passed away unexpectedly on the morning of June 23rd. We are creating this GoFundMe in hopes to help with the funeral expenses. Unfortunately our mom did not have a will or planned funeral arrangements. She did purchase funeral insurance but the policy had not matured yet. We have found an old funeral bond that will help cover some of the expenses. I spoke with Peoples Funeral Home in Hueytown and they checked the bond and it will be honored. They estimated cost after the bond for the service is $3,390 and we are estimating close to $1,000 for the grave to be dug at Adger Cemetery. We know that times are rough for many out there but any assistance to help with the remaining expenses would be greatly appreciated.
