Liam Sean Woodruff was a bright, rambunctious 14-year-old who loved cars, fishing, soccer, and spending time outdoors. He was always trying to make people laugh and brought joy to everyone around him. Liam was proud of his Irish heritage and his Christian faith, and he was the beloved son of Heather Booth and Jimmy Woodruff, and brother to Jadon May. He shared a special bond with his family and friends, and his energy and kindness touched many lives.
Tragically, Liam and his brother Waylon Sumner, who was just 20 years old, lost their lives in a house fire in Macon. This devastating loss has left the family heartbroken and struggling to cope with the emotional and financial challenges that have followed. On top of this tragedy, the family has faced several other hardships, including a recent move and ongoing financial difficulties, making it even harder to manage the costs of funeral and memorial services.
We are reaching out to our community for help during this incredibly difficult time. Any support you can offer—whether through a donation, a prayer, or a kind message—would mean the world to Liam’s family. Your generosity will help ease their burden and allow them to honor Liam and Waylon’s memory. Thank you for your compassion and support.
