Support for Letitia Spears-Chaney's Final Journey

My name is Patricia Spears one of Letitia Spears-Chaney six children, On Friday July 26th, 2024, our mother went to a doctor's appointment where they installed an insulin pump that was supposed to help her with her diabetes! On Tuesday July 30th, 2024

I received a phone call at 7:41 A.M. from the company who installed the pump telling me they are showing my mother is unresponsive!!! I call 911 and call my grandfather he states he can't get my mother up and 911 is on the way! Our mother DID NOT MAKE IT.... My family needs help our mother is supposed to be here I'm asking anyone and everyone for help with cost for her home going and expenses, if you knew Letitia you know she would give her last for anyone. She is a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and friend. Anything and everything will help in this very unexpected time of need, it takes a village and God do we need a village at this time. Our mother had so much more work to do here, although she is not physically here her spirit her heart remains with all of us.
