My sister Leslie is a devoted mom who has always put her daughter first. Recently, her world was turned upside down when her heart and lungs began to fail, forcing her to rely on oxygen 24/7. She can no longer work, and after a terrifying fight for her life, she is now facing a long and difficult road to recovery. With her ex-husband no longer in the picture, Leslie is on her own, and our family is doing everything we can to support her and her 7-year-old daughter.

The financial burden has become overwhelming. Monthly bills like electricity, water, car payments, and car insurance keep coming, and daily living expenses add up quickly. On top of that, Leslie will need extensive physical therapy to regain her strength and independence. Until we can get Leslie on the programs she needs, she will continue to struggle. I want nothing more than for my sister to focus on healing and being there for her daughter, without the constant worry about how to keep the lights on or put food on the table.
