Help Leslie & Brennan Rebuild After Devastating Fire

A tragic fire has changed the lives of Leslie Fontenette and her son, Brennan.

On May 30, a devastating house fire in Carencro, Louisiana destroyed the home and vehicle of this beloved family. Leslie, a single mother and recently retired teacher, has spent her life giving to others—shaping the minds and hearts of hundreds of students and being a source of strength and support to countless coworkers and friends. Now, she and her son need our help.

Leslie lives with her son, Brennan, a bright and driven young man who just graduated with honors from Comeaux High School. Brennan is set to begin his college journey at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette this fall. But with their home and vehicle gone, the road ahead has become even more challenging.
