Support for Leks' top surgery, medical and life expenses

Hi friends,

Im trying to obtain funding for medical expenses that have piled up recently as well as top surgery and post op care costs (food, supplies, big pillows, grabby arm, things to help me not lose my mind recovering). My car also needs a ton of work to be ready for more snow (brakes, possible transmission issues, oil change, maybe a new battery, and an engine check). My medical bills are at minimum $1250 right now, and I’m not sure how much surgery will end up costing.

In reality the goal is probably gonna have to be around $2500 to $3000 to cover the bases of these things.

I know folks all around us have been giving and receiving aide and that is wonderful to see as part of our realities together. My friends as well as myself and total strangers have been supported and it makes me feel a lot of joy! So even when I’m struggling I still feel happy that we have each other.

If folks have excess funds they can give I’m grateful-but help comes in many forms and please don’t feel pressured. Everyone is having a hard time and we have to stay within our means; sharing and telling pals is also help, posting Gofundme links or Venmo’s of friends is still help.
