Support for Leila Soria

Leila Frances Soria was born on Friday, April 8th, 2022. She has been a fighter from day one. Her first few days were guarded as she struggled to breathe and her parents were given little hope for Leila’s survival. Our amazing God has been providing one miracle after another through her life. She surprised her medical team when her breathing improved and she was stable enough to be transferred to Children’s Hospital in Omaha. Leila has jumped many significant hurdles already, including a major surgery to place a central line and a dialysis catheter. We know there is a long journey ahead for Leila and her parents. She will remain in the NICU for the coming months, growing and getting stronger. She is currently receiving dialysis. Leila will need to continue dialysis until she is big enough to receive a life-saving kidney transplant. The strain of an extended NICU stay, mounting medical bills, and being so far from home is one we don’t want Jenn and Jason to face alone.
