My name is Leighanna, and I recently welcomed my son, Mateo Garcia, into the world much earlier than expected. Mateo was born at just 34 weeks and 4 days, and his arrival has brought both joy and a lot of worry. After spending time in the hospital, Mateo is finally home, but he still needs constant monitoring because he can’t regulate his temperature on his own yet. Every day is a challenge as I work to keep him safe and healthy, and the stress of this situation has been overwhelming.

On top of that, I need to cover the cost of gas for frequent medical appointments to ensure Mateo gets the care he needs.
