Hi friends and family,

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Leia. Ramsey came home from work and found her in distress, so I rushed home right away. We were able to find a vet who could take us in immediately, and we took her as fast as we could.

After several tests, we learned that Leia had a serious heart condition caused by ventricular cancer. Her heart had enlarged and was leaking fluid into her heart and lungs. We made the incredibly difficult decision to let her go peacefully and end her suffering.

We are completely heartbroken. Leia meant so much to us, and losing her so suddenly has been overwhelming.

On top of that, we are now facing an unexpected and significant vet bill during an already difficult time. If you are able to help in any way, whether through a donation or simply sharing this, we would be deeply grateful.
