This is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. For those who know me, you know I do not like asking for help. I have tried to stay strong, handle things on my own, and keep pushing forward for my daughter. But right now, I am in a position where I cannot do this alone.

My name is Sara, and I am a mother fighting once again to protect myself, my daughter, and the people who have stood beside us.

For years, I endured physical abuse, emotional abuse, manipulation, intimidation, and control. I fought hard to get out, rebuild my life, and create a safer, more stable future for my daughter. I have spent years trying to heal, move forward, and give her the peace every child deserves.

But even after everything I have already survived, the fight is not over.

My ex has once again brought serious claims against me, and again, my boyfriend has been dragged into this too. This has become a painful pattern. He has a long history of making accusations against people close to me, especially those who support me, help me feel safe, or stand by me while I try to move forward.

Now my boyfriend and I are being forced to defend ourselves in court again.

This has been going on for years. I have been pulled through court over and over, drained financially, emotionally, and mentally, while trying to remain strong for my daughter. I have had to defend myself repeatedly while also carrying the weight of everything I survived during the relationship.

My ex has no legal status to be in the states, has not maintained stable housing, and has not provided support for our child. Yet he continues to create conflict, point the finger at others, and portray himself as the victim while my daughter and I are left to deal with the damage.

I am not asking for help because I want to fight. I am asking because I have no choice but to defend myself, my boyfriend, and my daughter’s stability. I need an attorney immediately to help me respond properly, present the truth, protect my rights, and stop walking into court without the legal support this situation requires.

Court filings and document preparation

Gathering records, evidence, and documentation

Representation at upcoming hearings

Defending myself and my boyfriend against these claims

Protecting my daughter’s stability, safety, and future

I am exhausted from fighting, but I am not giving up. My daughter deserves peace. She deserves stability.

Asking for help publicly is incredibly difficult and humbling. But I am doing this because my daughter is worth it, and because I need help standing up against a situation that has gone on for far too long.
