Hi, my name is Derriona Hill, and I’m the mother of a beautiful baby boy named Legacy Hill.

On May 28, 2025, my son passed away due to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS)—a rare and serious heart condition. His time here was short, but he made a lasting impact on everyone who met him. Legacy was truly a blessing.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help as I try to bring my baby boy home to Buffalo, NY from Rochester, NY, so I can lay him to rest surrounded by loved ones.

I’m hoping to raise $7,500 to cover:

Transportation to bring Legacy back home

Funeral and burial costs
