A few words from family and co-workers,

In March 2022, William Lee Allison was diagnosed with a fast-growing, small cell cancer in his left lung, covering the bronchial tubes, adrenal glands, liver, and side of his esophagus. His cancer is terminal, and he will be unable to return to work.

Lee is a very hard and dedicated worker, working two jobs before being diagnosed. He started with the Southeast Volunteer Fire Department in February of 1988 and has held all positions in the fire department, and is currently Deputy Chief. He has worked with Greensboro Police Department since January of 2004 as a Crime Scene Investigator and Training Coach.

He has been dedicated to his family, his community through the Fire and Police Department, and time at the Community Center where his daughter played baseball and softball. He enjoys camping with his family, hanging out with his grandkids, riding motorcycles, and his little dog Paisley.

Lee loves the lord, family, friends, and all the people he has been able to help along the way. We are asking for financial support for him and his family at this challenging time due to not being able to work and for extensive medical bills. We feel he should not have to worry about any medical costs so that he may spend as much time with his family and friends as possible.
