Lawrence is a devoted father to an 11-year-old girl, a dedicated employee, and a nurturing friend whose life was turned upside down after a tragic accident. He spent a month in the hospital, enduring intensive care and a challenging stay in the Acute Rehabilitation Center. This sudden trauma has deeply affected his ability to care for his daughter and manage daily life.

Now, as he faces a long road to recovery, the challenges continue. He will need ongoing physical, occupational, and cognitive therapy, and doctors estimate it will be at least six months before he can return to work. Lawrence currently lives on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator, making transportation to daily therapy appointments extremely difficult. His sister is actively searching for a ground floor apartment to help facilitate his recovery, and moving costs will add to the financial strain. With mounting hospital bills, therapy costs, everyday expenses, and the need to move, the financial strain is overwhelming.
