Lauren, my best friend, has always been a source of strength and kindness to those around her. Recently, she received the difficult news that she has cancer in her esophagus. Before her diagnosis, she worked hard doing deliveries, but now she is unable to work while she’s in the hospital, which has added to the stress and uncertainty she’s facing.
