Lauren Smith is a devoted wife to Jeromy Smith and a loving mother to two young boys. As a teacher, Lauren has touched the lives of many in her community, and her family is known for their kindness and caring nature. Jeromy was a civilian engineer who was deeply proud of Lauren and their growing family, especially after they recently welcomed their second baby boy.

Tragically, Jeromy lost his life in the Edwards Air Force Base B-52 crash, leaving Lauren and their sons without a husband and father. The sudden loss has left Lauren facing unimaginable grief and uncertainty, as she tries to navigate life for herself and her children. The family had just purchased their home together, and now Lauren is left to manage everything on her own, while caring for her two young boys.
