We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Nick Bringhurst tragically lost his life in an avalanche while snowmobiling in the beautiful Wyoming backcountry. This loss was sudden and unimaginable.

Nick lived life fully and intentionally. He was a devoted husband, a loving son, a loyal friend, and someone who made everyone around him feel welcome. Adventure was part of who he was, not for the thrill alone, but for the connection it brought to nature and to the people he shared it with.

Nick and Lauren’s love story was rooted in the outdoors. They fell in love while river guiding, bonded by long days on the water, shared adventures, and a deep appreciation for nature. Their life together was built on laughter, exploration, and a deep, unbreakable partnership.

Lauren is now facing the unthinkable, navigating life without her husband, best friend, and adventure partner. This GoFundMe is meant to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly painful time, allowing Lauren the space to grieve, heal, and begin finding her footing again.
