On February 9th, 2026, our family lost a shining star, my nephew, Laryzen Hurdle. He was my brother Lonnie’s only son, just 24 years old, and they were two peas in a pod. Laryzen was a passenger in a car that tragically collided with a construction zone sign while he was at work. We truly hope he felt no pain, and we know he is now embraced by our ancestors, surrounded by their guidance and love.

Being so young, we never imagined needing a life insurance policy, and now we are faced with the heartbreaking reality of arranging his funeral. The funeral home requires payment in full, and coming up with the funds in just a few days is overwhelming. Laryzen will always be our ninja boy, gamer junkie, and goofy giant. He brought joy and laughter to everyone around him.
