My dad, Larry, recently underwent open heart surgery for an aortic aneurysm that dissected. The surgery took place on March 3rd, and it was a terrifying experience for our family. His recovery has been slow and challenging. Larry is the main financial support for our family, and on top of his own health struggles, he is also the primary caregiver for my mom, who is disabled. My sister Rebecca and I help care for my mom as well, but things have become even more difficult as Larry tries to balance his recovery with caring for her every day. On top of everything, Larry also has to pay for most of my mom's medical supplies out of pocket.

The medical bills, daily expenses, and costs for medical supplies are piling up, and my parents are struggling to keep up with rent and other essentials. Larry has always been there for our family, and now he needs help from the community to get through this tough time. Any support will go directly toward daily expenses, rent bills, and medical supplies, helping them stay afloat while Larry focuses on healing and caring for my mom.
