Larry has given so much to all those around him! He is a dedicated and devoted member of his community and church and is always there whenever anyone in his life needs him.

On Wednesday, August 13th, our wonderful husband, father, and grandfather was diagnosed with a large neck mass obstructing his breathing. What he thought was laryngitis and allergies turned out to be a large mass obstructing his airway and causing him to start coughing up blood.

On August 13th, Larry underwent an emergency tracheostomy. This is a procedure to bypass the mass and allow him to breathe around the mass. He was admitted to the ICU and anticipates being discharged home with a tracheostomy while we await the final pathology to determine the type of cancer causing the mass.

Larry and Becky are facing a long road ahead in the days that come to determine the stage of the cancer and what his treatment options are. They will need monthly home supplies to help him care for his tracheostomy at home that are unfortunately not covered by his insurance at this time. He will also have many upcoming appointments, imaging studies, and travel.

We are all so grateful for any form of support anyone is called to provide, including (and especially) prayers for Larry and Becky as they walk this difficult and unexpected journey together with their friends and family.
