On Thanksgiving night 2025, a beloved member of our family Lance Richard Stucky was hit by a truck on Railroad Ave... He was walking home on a road he walked on countless times, from our family holiday dinner and was less than a mile from the house. The driver struck him and proceeded to drive off from the point of impact, fleeing from where this happened and left him all alone in the ditch, to reasons unknown. A beautiful life gone, taken, and despite what news outlets might say, Lance was pronounced dead at the scene. Our family has lost a son, father, brother, uncle, and one of the funniest and best friends we could ever ask for. Lance was so special and loved by so many. He was a jokester and would give any of us the shirt off his back. He will always be so loved. We spent Thanksgiving dancing and laughing together, but everything changed so fast.

We are now facing the unimaginable pain and grief of losing Lance, and the sudden financial burden that comes with it. We are asking for support to help cover funeral costs, legal representation, and family needs, as we seek answers, justice, and begin the work of healing. Any contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference during this incredibly difficult time.
