I'm Trey McCaskill and my family has been impacted by a devastating event. My Aunt Julie Bell and little cousin Kylie Bell were involved in a severe collision that changed our lives forever. Kylie is currently in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Grand Strand Hospital in Horry County and has undergone several life-saving surgeries within the past two days. She is progressing, and we have received positive news after each one.
