My name is Starsha Champ . My brother Kyle Foltz was taken from us Friday morning Tragically( murdered). He was 20 yrs old. Went to east hardy high school in baker wv. His mother Joan Foltz is on Social security and he had no life insurance. Hoping to help her with medical and Funeral expenses and tombstone. Due to the investigation we aren't sure of the services date yet.
