I would like to raise money for my daughter, Kyla Yates. Kyla is in the hospital on a ventilator, and the doctors are not expecting a good outcome. Kyla has suffered from a severe brain disorder called lissencephaly all her life. She is now 27 and is completely dependent on round the clock care. Recently she developed an upper respiratory infection which has turned into pneumonia that has left her lungs filled with fluid. The doctors in the ICU have done everything they can to remove the fluid save cutting into her to create a drain. We, as a family, decided not to put her thru anymore pain to prolong her suffering. The doctors have now shifted their focus to comfort care, which is simply keeping her comfortable until she passes. I created this GoFundMe to ask for help with expenses such as gas, food, and sadly, service arrangements for her once she has passed. I work paycheck to paycheck and certainly don't have any extra funds put away for something like this. Any little bit anyone can spare will be a big help.

All I want to do is focus on spending time with my baby girl while I still have her, not worry about how how I'm going to pay bills because I missed work to be here with her. Thank you all in advance and God bless.
