My wife Kim passed away on New Year's Day 2026, after 47 wonderful years together. She was an educator who loved teaching children, and her dedication touched many lives in our community. We have two daughters who have families of their own, and Kim was a loving mother and grandmother. Her kindness and passion for helping others made her a cherished friend to many, especially at Calallen Middle School.
Kim and I were both retired and living on Social Security, which has made this loss even more difficult. The sudden expenses that come with saying goodbye to someone you love are overwhelming, and I am facing funeral costs and debt that I cannot manage alone. Your support will help me honor Kim’s memory and ease some of the financial burden during this challenging time.
Thank you to all of Kim's friends at Calallen Middle School and the Corpus Christi community for your kindness and support. Your generosity means more than words can express, and I am deeply grateful for any help you can offer.
