Support for Kimmy’s stroke recovery & his family

On the night of July 26, 2025, our beloved Kimmy suffered a massive stroke. Doctors discovered a blood clot in his brain stem, and he is now facing severe brain swelling. He was rushed to UVA Hospital , where he remains in critical condition in the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit (NNICU).

This has been a devastating and sudden turn of events. Kimmy is the sole provider for his family, and with him now unable to work, his wife Stacey is left trying to navigate this heartbreaking situation alone.

We are asking for help to:

• Cover medical expenses not fully covered by insurance

• Help with household bills and monthly expenses

• Ensure Stacey has what she needs while staying close to the hospital

• Support the family as they face a long and uncertain road ahead

Kimmy is a fighter, and we are holding onto hope for his recovery—but this journey will be long and challenging. Any amount, no matter how small, will help ease the burden on his family and allow them to focus on what truly matters: Kimmy’s healing.
