Support for Kim: Reclaim Their Car and Their Peace

A dear friend, community leader, cultural organizer, artist, ritualist, and healer needs our support!

Last night in Oakland after leading a meeting as a mentor to visual artists, Kim sadly discovered that their car had been towed!

Alongside the unexpected bills associated with getting their car back, Kim has been facing under employment while continuing to offer our communities so much (reiki and intuitive healing, education, grantwriting, strategy, artistic mentorship...they truly do it all!) They need a little support now to easefully find aligned work in the next few months.

On top of this, Kim has been flying home to the East Coast often to be with their family and support their father who was recently diagnosed with cancer. This is an emotional and difficult time, one that many of us can relate to. The last few years have been very difficult, with Kim leaving multiple toxic environments to reclaim their much deserved peace. If you know them, you know that they do all this work to bring more healing and care into the world.

This last blow around their car is too much to handle alone. Let's show Kim that they can do this! If you've ever been inspired by their art, looked up to their leadership, had snacks with them, received their healing, or witnessed what they bring into the world, we need you right now.
