Hello everyone,

On Thursday, December 19th at 6:30 a.m., my 2-year-old nephew spilled boiling water on his hands and arms. After a long day at the ER, they drove him to the burn center in Mobile, Alabama via ambulance. They evaluated his arms and decided that he has deep 2nd-degree burns and 3rd-degree burns in some areas on his right arm. The parents, Paige and Darrell, stayed with Killian at the burn center while they sedated and debrided him once daily for four days. They are now back home, but his journey is not done yet. Starting on Friday, they will have to return to the burn center for four more days while they perform surgery to place a skin substitute or skin graft on his right wrist and forearm. Once his procedure is finished, they will then have to return once weekly for checkups and therapy.

With all of these procedures and medical costs and work days missed, we have no idea what the financial situation will look like. If you’re able to donate, every little bit helps! If not, your prayers are equally important.
