Support for Kidney Transplant and Family Stability

Hey friends, I've been recently diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure. I've been doing dialysis for 7 months now, and my temporary disability has been exhausted. I'm about to lose my apartment, my car, and everything that I've worked so hard for. I've applied for social security, but that's going to take a very long time to get, and in the meantime, I've been trying to do side hustles, but I'm unable to do it. I don't have the energy, I'm getting sick, and I need help. My son's father is becoming my care provider because I'm not even able to do the things that I need to be able to do to keep my house up. My whole world has been turned upside down, and I just need a little bit of help. If you can find it in your heart to help me, I would be so grateful. I've been put on the transplant list, and they've told me that it could take up to 9 years. The worst feeling in the world right now is to become homeless and not be able to provide for my child because I'm sick. One thing about me, if you know me, I'd give the shirt off my back to help someone, and so right now, I'm asking someone for their shirt.
