Support for Khaled's Recovery and Our Family

Happy holidays to all. I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out today to ask for your help during an incredibly difficult time for our family.

My husband Khaled was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on Thanksgiving morning. He is currently hospitalized and in need of surgery, which has left us struggling to cover his medical bills and necessary medications.

Over the past two years, we’ve been facing financial hardship. We co-owned a business with a partner who turned out to be a scammer, leaving us with nothing and losing $20,000 in cash. Despite this setback, Khaled worked incredibly hard, taking on two jobs (including driving for Uber) to slowly pay off our debts. We were just starting to get back on our feet when this accident happened, pushing us back into a difficult place once again.

Now, we’re finding it hard to cover even basic expenses, including rent, car payments, and medical costs. We’re doing our best to stay strong, but we need support to make it through this crisis.
