Support for Kevin T in His Time of Need

Hello, first of all thank you for even taking the time to read about this cause! My name is Chris and I am working to raise funds for Kevin Titcomb who is an amazing man and good friend of mine who has really hit rock bottom and needs our help! In October his sweet wife passed away very unexpectedly in her early 50's after a sudden illness. He was and is still very devastated.

Then, as if that wasn't enough, he ended up getting in a car accident a couple months later totally shattering his lower leg/ankle, causing additional debilitating back pain and totaling his truck- after seeing pictures of his truck he is lucky to be alive! Due to previous medical bills, his health and not being able to miss work he has still not been able to have the proper surgery to fix his leg after the accident.

This man's livelihood and income depends on his ability to work hard labor- he is one of the hardest workers I know, and he is also very stubborn and wants nothing more than to be self-reliant. He has broken down and cried more times in the last 8 months than I've seen in the 15 years I have known him, not knowing if he even has the strength to keep going- it breaks my heart!

I wish this story ended here... but it doesn't The first week of May I received a text from an unknown phone number - asking if I knew this man, that he had just been admitted to the hospital for a severe case of pneumonia and subsequent kidney issues. He spent over two weeks in ICU sedated with a breathing tube so that his lungs could heal, followed by frequent dialysis to allow his kidneys to heal. He eventually graduated from ICU but then spent an additional two weeks in the hospital very weak and in a lot of pain.

He has now been transferred to a rehabilitation center to help him build up strength and continue to do dialysis multiple times per week. Progress!!!

He has not been able to work a steady job for several months, and I'm afraid it will be a few more months before he will be strong enough to work again. At this point he is very behind on most of his bills, despite his efforts to scrape up every last dollar to pay the most important bills.

He has exhausted many of the resources at his disposal, meanwhile his bills keep piling up, so I am asking for your help- whether it be $5, $500 or if all you can do is spread the word, it would be appreciated so very much! ❤️
