On Wednesday, October 15th, the world lost one of its kindest and brightest souls. Kevin Chamorro was headed home to his love (Macey Hubbard) and 2 babies (Adonis and Zarah Chamorro) when he was tragically killed in a car accident. Hours later, Macey woke up and learned about his death from a video on Facebook. While his family is scrambling to pick up the pieces and learn how to put one foot in front of the other, we can give them a little peace of mind in the immediate days to come. All funds will go directly towards Kevin’s funeral/memorial and any expenses Macey will have as she learns to navigate life without Kevin. But more than giving, please don’t stop praying for this precious family now and in the days to come. Macey will never be able to fully express her gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. For those who do not know, Kevin tragically passed away in a car accident yesterday morning. I was praying I woke up this morning to it all being a dream. I’m still waiting for his goofy self to walk in the door and ask why everyone is making a big deal about him. He was loved by so many, and was truly the biggest light to ever walk into a room. I’m thankful to have found the love of my life, and build the family that he’d always wanted. Watching him become a father was one of the greatest things that made me fall in love with him all over again. I want to thank each and every one of you for reaching out with condolences and help for our family. I’m truly grateful for each of you. Please continue to pray for our family and the ones who loved him dearly. Adonis is so frustrated he can’t go see Jesus with dada too quite yet. This will be the most challenging thing that I would never wish on anyone.

Thank you all for reporting the video of the accident. I would love for it to be taken down now. I will say, when he stopped responding to my messages, I started searching Facebook, and this is the only way I knew what had happened and to go check, or we may of not know for a long while. It gives me peace, and maybe to some of you, to know that he did not suffer at all, as it was on impact, and he was not aware of the fire. I believe he fell asleep and woke up as soon as the tires touched the grass, and could not control it. There are plenty of comments of people with other theories.

Kevin was the greatest father to our children, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to spend the last 7 1/2 years with. Kevin was the most caring and empathetic person to everyone, and had the biggest heart. I am so proud of everything he accomplished in this life, and know that he’s sitting next to Jesus now with the utmost peace. Rest easy my love, we’ve got it from here ❤️
