My name is KePuha, and this is my situation!

So basically, to summarize my situation without getting scrutinized by my ex-significant others, legal team.

 

This morning, I woke up to some unexpected news from the State of Pennsylvania.

I am currently seeking $1800 to avoid repercussions from Pennsylvania for Child Support, resulting in possible jail time by February 11th 2022.

I pay a little over $1100 a month in Child Support which started August 23, 2021.

So I was going through a job transition back in November of 2021, and I went without a paycheck for almost a month and had to push back regular living expenses, which I'm still recovering from.

Instead of the $500 plus every two weeks, my ex and I agreed to have me take care of my son's daycare expenses while she's at work, so I've been sending $700 a month.

We did not go through the court with this decision and just took it upon ourselves.
The state of Pennsylvania does not recognize "debt-to-income" ratio so basically whatever my hourly wage is without including my daily living expenses is what they calculate the support from. 

It's 2022 and I'm trying to turn over a new leaf. 
My mental, emotional and physical well-being is on the come up and I don't plan on stopping.
I'm trying to get a new job to where I'm able to spend more time with my son and just not every other weekend.
I'm paying what I can with what I have to make sure he's taken care of.
I spent majority of his life working my life away to make sure my family was taken care of.
I'm just trying to be more active as a father.
