Our beloved friend, father, and stepfather Ken Swanson is currently facing the biggest challenge of his life—he’s been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and is undergoing intensive treatment.

Through it all, Ken has remained incredibly strong and hopeful, facing each day with quiet courage.

As anyone who knows them can tell you, Ken and his wife Laura are the kind of people who show up for others—always kind, always steady. Now, they need a little help from the community that cares so much about them.

Ken’s treatments and appointments take up most of his time and energy, and Laura has been by his side every step of the way. While she would love nothing more than to be with him full-time, taking time off work simply isn’t financially possible right now.

This fundraiser is here to ease some of that pressure—to help with medical-related costs and monthly bills so Laura can be present with Ken without the added stress of lost income.
