Ken was the heart of our workplace, always ready to lend a hand no matter the problem. Whether someone was locked out of their office, dealing with a plumbing emergency, or even facing a family of raccoons in the dumpster, Ken was the first person we called. His dedication to his job and his willingness to help others made him a friend to everyone—tenants, contractors, and coworkers alike.

Ken’s sudden passing from a massive heart attack has left a huge hole in our community. He was a devoted husband to Judy, his best friend and the love of his life, and he adored his dog Rory. Outside of work, Ken found joy in hunting and spending peaceful days fishing on the lake. His kindness, humor, and reliability touched so many lives, and we will all miss hearing him answer the phone with his signature, 'Hey Buddy.'
