Hello Everyone!
Our family is so thankful for all of the concern and support we’ve received from the Colchester community and beyond.
As many of you know by now, Ken and Lisa Coghill lost their house in a fire on the night of Tuesday, January 4. They were taken to MDH and then subsequently transferred to OSF Saint Anthony in Rockford where Lisa was placed on a ventilator. Good news is the prognosis for everyone is positive!
This journey is obviously just beginning. It’s hard to know the exact needs at this time but we know a lot or people want to help because Ken and Lisa have touched so many.
So … we’ve created this fund where people can donate. Costs do add up quickly and sometimes can be unexpected, so it would certainly be helpful to have this reserve fund in place to support hospital travel expenses, basic living necessities, and restarting a home from scratch when the time comes.
We love you all and really appreciate all of the outreach and care as we work through these challenges.
