Kelsie and Jimmy, are the proud parents of two energetic boys. Recently, their world was turned upside down when Jimmy was diagnosed with stage 3 neuroendocrine cancer. This diagnosis has brought a wave of uncertainty and worry to their family. Jimmy now faces surgery and a challenging recovery, including a six-week period where he cannot lift or work. Thankfully, Jimmy will qualify for FMLA through his work. As the primary provider, this means their family will be without his full income during a time when medical bills and daily expenses are mounting.

Kelsie is a dedicated medical assistant in an OB clinic, known for her compassion and commitment to helping others. She touches hundreds of lives in Bellingham every year, always putting her patients, family, and friends first. Now, as she juggles the demands of full-time work and parenting two young boys, she is facing one of the toughest chapters of her life.
