Support for Kayden Kelsey and Kyle

Hi All!

My Family is organizing this go fund me together, in lieu of a baby shower to help Kyle, Kelsey and little Kayden with some added expenses that they have while Kayden is in NICU at Alberta Children’s Hospital.

Kayden was born May 20/23 approximately 4 weeks early, with Gastroschisis. This is a birth defect where a hole in the abdominal (belly) wall beside the belly button allows the baby’s intestines to extend outside of the baby’s body.

Kyle & Kelsey are staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Calgary but have additional living costs not being at home. Kyle will be returning to work as soon as he can, and when he feels his little man is doing better. Kayden’s intestines are back inside and they have repaired the hole but it is a very slow process to make sure everything is working properly. It is expected Kayden will remain in the NICU for a minimum of 6 weeks.

We are just trying to help them out a little, so they can worry a little less about finances and concentrate on their sweet baby boy.
