My name is Kaynesha small ,and I am Kaydedra’s older sister. We have always been incredibly close, sharing the same parents and growing up just two years apart. Kaydedra is a loving mother to her eight-year-old son and is surrounded by a family who cares for her deeply. Our bond has always been strong, and seeing her in this situation is heartbreaking for all of us.

On Friday night, January 3rd, Kaydedra was involved in a devastating car crash that left her in critical condition. Tragically, she also lost her wife in the accident, though she does not know about this loss yet. Kaydedra suffered a broken back in three places, six different brain bleeds, a fractured pelvis, and was scalped. She has not woken up yet, but there are small signs of hope as she reacts to sound when her medication is reduced. The road ahead will be long and difficult, both physically and emotionally, for Kaydedra and her son.

Right now, our family’s greatest need is prayers and support. The funds raised will go toward Kaydedra’s medical bills, living expenses during her recovery, and helping care for her young son as they face this unimaginable journey.
