Katie is one of the most kind people I have ever met. She is 38 and a devoted mom to two beautiful children, Elliana and Charlie, and works full time as a certified medical assistant. Katie has always been there for her friends, family, and patients, offering her support and compassion to everyone she meets.

Recently, Katie received the devastating news that she has stage 3 colorectal cancer. This diagnosis has turned her world upside down, and she now faces a challenging uphill journey of chemotherapy, radiation treatments, surgery and a temporary ostomy bag. The financial strain of medical bills, daily expenses, and the potential time away from work is overwhelming for her family.
